Pre / Post Natal Pilates

Pre / Post Natal Pilates is a group mat class offered in the the studio at 'Pilates at the Mill'.  This class is designed to strengthen your tummy, back and pelvic floor muscles without straining other joints, so it's a great class to take when you're pregnant.

 

In a safe and supportive environment, I guide you through exercises that target the exact muscles and functions that may weaken and cause discomfort during pregnancy and after birth.

PLEASE NOTE: This class only runs when there are 3 participants. If you're interested, let your pregnant / new parent friends know! STUDIO PILATES IS ALSO SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PRE / POST NATAL - PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE INFO!
